The SDCF Series 1-Spool Monoblock Valve delivers precise flow control with its 4-way, 3-position tandem center circuit. Ideal for industrial applications, it features a stainless steel spool and adjustable relief, ensuring reliable performance. The valve's pressure-compensated design maintains consistent flow to work ports, unaffected by load changes, and its friction detent spool provides smooth operation. Constructed with a durable cast iron body and chrome-plated steel spool, this valve is built to withstand operating pressures up to 3000 PSI and supports a flow range from 0 to 12 GPM.
Inlet and outlet ports are 3/4 NPT, paired with 1/2 NPT work ports for versatile connectivity. The built-in pilot-operated relief valve and fine positive metering in both directions enhance its functionality. Recommended filtration is 30 Micron to ensure optimal performance and longevity in demanding environments.

Question by: Lee M on Sep 3, 2025, 9:34 PM
got a cylinder that’ll see different loads depending on what i’m lifting. is this valve gonna keep the speed pretty steady or will it wander around?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 5, 2025, 8:30 AM
With the pressure compensated by-pass type flow control built in, flow out of each work port stays constant even when the load changes. Lever movement still sets the flow, but the pressure compensation helps keep the actuator speed consistent as conditions vary.
Question by: Norm F on Jun 10, 2025, 8:29 PM
Flow stays consistent even when the load changes on the cylinder? That's what I need to know before I swap out what I got now.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 12, 2025, 10:44 AM
Pressure compensation is built right into this valve, so the flow to your work port stays steady regardless of what the load is doing. The output is directly tied to lever position, not system pressure fluctuations. Whether your load lightens up or spikes, the flow out of that work port holds constant. That's the whole point of the bypass-type pressure compensated design on this series.
