trying to match up some stainless tubing i already have. is this one 3/4 OD with about a .065 wall and .62 ID?

what's the max working pressure on this tubing, and is that number already accounting for some kind of safety buffer?

The burst pressure on this tubing is 13,000 PSI, so there's a substantial margin between normal operating conditions and actual failure. Worth knowing: if your application involves severe hydraulic shock or heavy mechanical strain, a more conservative 8:1 safety factor applies, which would bring your working pressure down from that 2,167 PSI figure. On the flip side, if shock and strain are minimal, a 4:1 factor can be considered, allowing for higher working pressures. The pressure ratings are calculated using the Barlow formula, based on the 0.065-inch wall thickness, 75,000 PSI tensile strength of the 316 stainless, and the 0.75-inch outside diameter.
