pump says CW rotation, can that be swapped to CCW if I need it to run the other direction?

Reversing the rotation on this pump doesn't require any extra parts. You open it up, swap the drive gear and idler gear, reposition the plug, and reassemble. The wear plate design is specifically built to allow that without needing to order anything additional. Just follow the correct reassembly sequence and you're good to go.

got a tractor that needs a clockwise pump, is this one set up for that and what mount and shaft does it take?
