Specifically designed for stringent requirements the FLEXFAB silicone rubber coolant hose offers optimal performance in diverse applications including refrigeration air conditioning pressure washers and hydraulic brake systems.

This 4-ply silicone hose with a 4.39 inch OD and 4 inch ID measures 36 inches long and is reinforced with polyester fabric. It is coated with a specially compounded silicone elastomer providing a continuous operating temperature range from -65deg;F to 350deg;F.

Constructed to meet or exceed SAE J20 R1 Class A and TMC RP303B Class 1 Grade 1 specifications it aligns with most OEM truck manufacturers' standards. This robust hose has a burst pressure of 150 psi making it suitable for demanding industrial usages.

got a 4 inch coolant line i need to replace. is this hose actually 4" inside and how long is it?

The inside diameter is 4.00 inches, the outside diameter is 4.39 inches, and the hose length is 36 inches.

What's the temp range on this hose? We run equipment through some real cold winters and hot summers both, and I need something that ain't gonna crack or swell up on me.

From negative 65 degrees F on the cold end up to 350 degrees F on the high end, this hose covers a wide range of operating conditions. The silicone elastomer coating holds up in both extremes without going brittle in the cold or breaking down under heat. For seasonal equipment that sees hard winters and hot summer runs, that range gives you solid coverage on both ends.

What's the max pressure this hose can handle before it bursts?
