got a 1/4 npt air line already, is this cylinder set up for that or am i gonna need adapters?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 12, 2025, 6:36 AM
Good news on hookups, it comes with 1/4 NPT ports, so standard 1/4 NPT air fittings will thread right in.

What size clevis would I need if I wanted to hook something up to the end of the rod?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 12, 2026, 1:59 PM
You'd want the 117555-17 rod clevis and pin, which is listed as a compatible accessory.
Question by: Travis B on Dec 13, 2025, 11:16 AM
barrel and rod on this thing stainless steel, or is that just the finish? asking cause we run a pretty wet environment and rust has killed more than a few cylinders on us
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 14, 2025, 7:41 PM
Both are actually stainless. The barrel is drawn and polished 304 stainless steel, and the piston rod is centerless ground 303 stainless steel. So you're not dealing with a coating that wears off over time. For a wet or humid environment, that construction holds up considerably better than chrome-plated steel alternatives.
