Constructed with a synthetic rubber tube, single wire braid reinforcement, and PVC/nitrile blend cover, this hydraulic hose ensures reliable performance. It offers a maximum operating pressure of 2000 PSI and has a burst pressure rating of 5000 PSI with global fittings.

This durable hose features 1 ply braid and is abrasion-resistant, ensuring a longer impulse cycle life of up to 400,000 cycles. Suitable for extreme conditions, the hose operates within a temperature range of -40deg;F to +212deg;F.

Measuring 0.75 inches ID and 1.09 inches OD, it boasts a minimum bend radius of 4.72 inches. The conductive design promotes safety in hydraulic applications.

got a question about pressure ratings. does the fitting type change how much pressure this hose can handle

Using Global fittings allows you to run up to the full 2,000 PSI operating limit. Switching to other fitting types drops that maximum rating down to 1,250 PSI.

got a job where i need 3/4 inch hose, is this one actually 0.75 ID and what’s the outside size?

For fit-up, the hose I.D. is 0.75 inch and the hose O.D. is 1.09 inch.

Water-glycol base fluids are explicitly covered alongside petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, so you're good on both counts. The synthetic rubber tube and PVC/nitrile blend cover handle either fluid type without issue. Just make sure you're staying within the 2000 PSI operating pressure and the temperature window of -40°F up to 212°F and this hose will hold up fine in either service.

got a tight spot to route this line, how tight can i bend that 3/4 hose without kinkin it?

For a 0.75 inch ID GH663 hose, the minimum bend radius is 4.72 inches. Keeping your routing at or above that radius helps prevent kinking and protects the wire braid.
