these o-rings are buna-n, so they good for regular petroleum hydraulic fluid right? just wanna make sure before i order a bunch for our press lines

Buna-N is well suited for petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, which covers the vast majority of hydraulic systems running standard mineral oil. For typical press line applications using conventional hydraulic fluid, these should hold up fine.

Are these o-rings the right fit for standard SAE split flange fittings? Just want to make sure before I order.

These o-rings are indeed made to fit standard SAE J518 split flange fittings, so they should work for your application as long as your fittings meet that spec.

got a code 61 split flange that seeps a little, are these the right o-rings for that setup

For SAE J518 split flange connections, these Buna-N o-rings are the standard replacement seal used on both code 61 and code 62 flange assemblies. They are molded at 90 durometer so they hold up well under the clamp force that split flanges put on the seal.
