Designed for high-demand applications, the SRLT Series 1400 PSI Pressure Filter excels in hydraulic systems with its compact and robust design. It features an aluminum porting head and element case, ensuring durability and resilience under pressure. The synthetic element with a 10.0-micron rating effectively captures contaminants, maintaining fluid cleanliness. With SAE -12 ports, this filter can handle flow rates of up to 25 gpm, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
A key feature of this filter is its user-friendly design, allowing for quick and easy cartridge element changes. The pressure filter includes a visual indicator for monitoring filter status, while the temperature range of -20°F to 225°F ensures reliable performance in diverse conditions. The bypass settings, with a cracking pressure of 40 psi and full flow at 55 psi, provide additional operational efficiency.

Question by: Ray C on Jul 29, 2025, 8:11 PM
Filter element only needs 2.75 inches of clearance to swap out? That seems real tight on some of the setups we run. Just wanna make sure I ain't gonna be fightin it every time maintenance comes around.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 31, 2025, 7:20 PM
2.75 inches is the stated element change clearance for this filter, so as long as you've got that much open space above the element case, you're in good shape. It's one of the selling points of the SRLT series being a more compact build than the standard RLT. Tight installs are exactly what it was sized for, so most folks find it fits into spots where a bigger filter just wouldn't work.

What kinda clearance do I need to swap out the filter element on this thing? Gotta make sure I got enough room.

For changing the filter cartridge, you'll want to have at least 2.75 inches of clearance.
