Will this fitting hold up to typical hydraulic pressures without leaking?

This straight Adaptall fitting is made from stainless steel 316, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and is commonly used in hydraulic applications. The NPT threads should provide a solid seal when properly tightened.

Got a metric tube line on a piece of imported equipment and need to tie it into a 1/4" NPT female port. This fitting do that job?

That's what this one's built for. One end is a male M12 x 1.5 DIN tube connection, size L06, and the other end is a 1/4" female NPT with 1/4-18 NPTF threads. So if you've got a metric DIN tube on one side and a female NPT port on the other, this bridges that gap straight through without any adapters in between.
