all three ports on this thing are M12 x 1.5 thread, does that mean i can run the same size DIN tube line into all of them without needing any reducers or adapters in between?

Correct on the thread size. All three connections are M12 x 1.5, and all three are sized at L06, so you won't need reducers or step-down adapters to match them up.
