Designed for high-movement hydraulic and fluid transfer connections, the Super Swivel fitting allows rotation under pressure, reducing hose stress and extending service life in dynamic applications. With supplier part number 1010, this fitting is well suited to installations where hoses are subject to continuous movement, twisting, or angular misalignment.
Super Swivels are a recognized brand in rotary fitting solutions, commonly specified in mobile equipment, industrial machinery, and fluid power circuits where fixed connections would otherwise cause premature hose wear or fitting fatigue.

Question by: Dustin K on Sep 19, 2025, 2:26 PM
Got hoses on some mobile equipment that twist and move around pretty constant, would a swivel fitting like this help keep 'em from wearin out so fast?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 21, 2025, 8:35 AM
Continuous movement and twisting are exactly the conditions these fittings are built for. When a hose connection stays rigid while the hose itself keeps shifting, you get stress at the fitting end and that leads to early failure. A rotary swivel lets the fitting move with the hose instead of fighting it, which takes that strain off and stretches out service life considerably. Mobile equipment is one of the most common applications for this type of fitting for that exact reason.

Is this Super Swivel meant to stop hoses from gettin' all twisted up when they're movin' around a lot?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 8, 2026, 7:45 AM
Exactly right, it's made for hydraulic and fluid lines that see a whole lotta movement. It lets the connection rotate under pressure, which takes the stress off the hose and keeps it from wearing out so fast.

got a hose that keeps twisting up on a piece of equipment that never sits still. is this Super Swivel the kind of fitting that’ll help with that
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 13, 2025, 6:58 AM
For setups where the hose is constantly moving, twisting, or a little out of line, the Super Swivel is meant to let the connection rotate while it is under pressure. That rotation takes stress off the hose and can help cut down on premature hose wear and fitting fatigue in dynamic applications.
