Stainless 316 Bspp Hex Nipple

Description & Features

Constructed from Grade 316 stainless steel, this Stainless 316 BSPP Hex Nipple provides strong corrosion resistance in demanding hydraulic and industrial fluid systems. Both ends carry a 1" male BSPP thread (G 1 - 11), making it a straight, equal-fitting connector suited to joining two female BSPP ports without any size transition.

Manufactured by Adaptall, the fitting measures 49.2mm in length with a 41mm hex width, allowing for secure wrench engagement during installation. The straight configuration and symmetrical thread profile on both sides simplify integration into existing circuit layouts where a reliable stainless steel male-to-male BSPP connection is required.

Question by: Bobby F on Sep 5, 2025, 12:45 PM
got two female G 1 ports i need to tie together, is this the straight nipple for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 7, 2025, 6:16 AM
For joining two female BSPP ports of the same size, this hex nipple matches up as a straight male-to-male connector with G 1 - 11 threads on both ends, so there is no size change from one side to the other.
Question by: Ricky M on Sep 15, 2025, 7:42 PM
both ends are the same size, right? just want to make sure i'm not gonna have a mismatch when i go to thread it in
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 17, 2025, 7:15 AM
both sides are 1 inch male BSPP, same thread on each end. The callout is G 1 - 11 all the way around, so you're connecting into two female BSPP ports of equal size with no step-down or transition involved. Straight shot, both directions.
Question by: Shane H on Jan 5, 2026, 2:24 PM
Will this fitting hold up to hydraulic oil, or is it more for water?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 7, 2026, 6:22 AM
Constructed from Grade 316 stainless steel, it offers robust corrosion resistance, so hydraulic oil shouldn't be a problem.
