The 1/2" G thread (G 1/2 - 14) on the male BSPP side mates with a 1/2-14 NPTF female port on the opposite end, making it well suited for systems that require crossover between British and North American thread standards.

Reckon this'll hold up okay in a hydraulic system with some pretty nasty chemicals around?
