This 90° elbow Adaptall fitting is made from stainless steel and features a male BSPP end to a female BSPP end.

It adapts a 1/2" male BSPP to a 1/2" female BSPP connection. The Ss316 90*Tube M.Bspp X F.Bspp fitting has a Ch1 width of 27mm and a Ch2 width of 27mm. Adaptall L1 length is 48mm and Adaptall L2 length is 47mm.

How tight should I make the connections on this thing? I don't want to strip 'em.

These fittings have standard BSPP threads, so snug them up until they're secure but avoid excessive force. You're aiming for a leak-free seal without damaging the threads.

got a 1/2 inch BSPP male port and need to turn it 90 degrees into a 1/2 inch BSPP female, is this the right elbow?

For a 90 degree change of direction between BSPP threads, it matches up as G 1/2 - 14 male on one side and G 1/2 - 14 female on the other, so it adapts a 1/2 inch male BSPP connection to a 1/2 inch female BSPP connection.

fitting's got a 90-degree angle on it, right? trying to route a half-inch BSPP line around a corner without a bunch of extra adapters in the way

the 90-degree elbow shape is built right into this fitting. Both ends are 1/2 inch BSPP, with the male end on one side and the female end on the other, so you can change direction on a single BSPP run without stacking extra pieces. The G 1/2-14 thread callout is the same on both ends, which keeps the connection straightforward when you're working in a tight spot.
