This stainless steel 90° elbow is constructed from durable SS316.

Featuring a 90-degree elbow shape, this Adaptall fitting has a 1/4" side 1 JIC male end with a 7/16 - 20 UNF callout and a 1/4" side 2 BSPT male end with a R 1/4 - 19 callout. The Adaptall Ch Width is 14mm with an Adaptall L1 Length of 24.3mm and an Adaptall L2 Length of 24.9mm.

got a piece of equipment running JIC on one end and BSPT on the other, this the kind of fitting that bridges those two thread standards?

That's what it's built for. One end is a 1/4" male JIC with a 7/16-20 UNF thread, and the other is a 1/4" male BSPT with an R 1/4-19 thread. The 90-degree angle means you can make that connection where a straight adapter just won't lay right. SS316 construction holds up well in wet or corrosive environments too.

trying to replace an elbow on a little 1/4 line, is this the one that’s JIC male on one end and BSPT male on the other?

For a JIC male to BSPT male 90 degree elbow in 1/4 inch size, this matches that setup. Side 1 is 1/4 inch JIC male with a 7/16-20 UNF thread, and side 2 is 1/4 inch BSPT male with an R 1/4-19 thread.
