On the JIC side, it is a male 3/8 inch JIC with a 9/16-18 UNF thread callout, so it matches a 3/8 MJIC connection.

got a DIN standpipe port on my hydraulic block that takes an 8mm fitting, does the other end of this thing come out as a JIC male so I can tie into a standard JIC line?

That's the setup. One end is a male JIC at 3/8 inch with a 9/16-18 UNF thread, and the other end is a female DIN standpipe sized at 8mm. So if your block has an 8mm DIN standpipe port and you need to run a JIC line off it, this adapter bridges that gap without any additional fittings in between.
