Stainless 316 Morb X Mbspp

Description & Features

Constructed from 316 stainless steel, this straight hydraulic adapter connects a 1/4" male ORB-SAE port (7/16-20 UNF thread) on one end to a 1/4" male BSPP port (G 1/4-19 thread) on the other. The Stainless 316 Morb X Mbspp is well suited for hydraulic and fluid systems where corrosion resistance is a priority, particularly in marine, chemical processing, or washdown environments where carbon steel fittings would be unsuitable.

Manufactured by Adaptall, the fitting measures 27.5mm in length with a 19mm across-flats width, making it a compact inline adapter for tight installation areas. The straight configuration simplifies routing between ORB-SAE and BSPP-threaded components without requiring angled fittings or additional adapters.

Got a piece of equipment with a BSPP port on it and the hydraulic line coming off the pump is ORB-SAE. this adapter gonna let me connect them straight across without having to rig up something extra?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 12, 2025, 7:37 AM
That's what it's built for. One end threads into a 1/4" ORB-SAE port using a 7/16-20 UNF thread, and the other end is a 1/4" male BSPP at G 1/4-19. Straight configuration means no angle, no extra adapter in the middle, just a direct inline connection between the two thread types. At 27.5mm long it stays pretty compact, so it won't cause clearance headaches in a tight spot.

Just wanna make sure, this adapter fits a 1/4" male BSPP thread on one end and a 1/4" male ORB-SAE on the other, right? Don't wanna order the wrong thing again.
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 24, 2025, 9:25 PM
That's correct. This adapter has a 1/4" male BSPP port on one side and a 1/4" male ORB-SAE port on the other, so it should work for ya.
