trying to swap out a fitting i’ve got now, is this one the G 3/8 female BSPP swivel with the 60 degree cone, and it’s for -06 hose right?

fitting says it don't need thread sealant -- just want to make sure I'm reading that right before I go putting it together without any

You're reading it right. The G 3/8 Female BSPP 60-degree cone swivel connection seals through metal-to-cone contact, so thread sealant isn't needed and shouldn't be applied. Same goes for the crimp end -- no mandrel required during assembly either. Pretty straightforward to put together once you've got the right crimper for the -06 hose size.
