Question by: Neal S on Feb 21, 2026, 9:29 AM
got a 3 inch camlock setup already, will this dust cap swap right in with other brands or is it picky
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 22, 2026, 12:38 PM
For a 3 inch size, it is made to interchange with cam and groove products built to A-A-59326 or DIN 2828, so it should match up with other couplings built to those standards.
Question by: Dwayne B on Dec 9, 2025, 12:37 PM
this thing rated for air lines? got a few spots in the shop where we're running compressed air through cam locks and want to know if this'd work before I go ordering a bunch of em
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 10, 2025, 4:58 PM
Cam and groove couplings like this one are not rated for compressed air service. That restriction applies across the board for this style of fitting, and the same goes for steam. Stick to liquid applications only and you'll be in good shape with this cap.
