This stainless steel adapter is essential for liquid transfer applications crafted from high-quality 316 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. Equipped with a Buna-N seal it ensures a reliable seal under various conditions. Its safety clip feature secures connections preventing accidental disconnections. With stainless steel cam levers pins rings and safety clips it provides consistent long-lasting performance. To couple slide the adapter into the coupler and press the cam levers down manually. To uncouple lift the cam arms and remove the adapter easily. Designed to meet A-A-59326 (superseding MIL-C-27487F) or DIN 2828 standards this adapter ensures compatibility with similar products. For sizes between 5 to 8 it has a pressure rating of 75 PSI.

Reckon this cap will hold up if it gets splashed with chemicals sometimes?

got a 6 inch camlock hookup, is this the dust cap that fits the standard stuff everybody uses?

It is made to interchange with cam and groove products built to A-A-59326 (the standard that replaced MIL-C-27487F) or DIN 2828, so it matches other couplings made to those same standards in the 6 inch size.
