The high-grade 316 stainless steel construction of this adapter ensures longevity and compatibility with liquid applications in demanding environments. Stainless steel cam levers pins rings and safety clips enhance the durability of the fitting.

Designed for efficient coupling and uncoupling slide the adapter into the coupler and press down the cam levers. To release lift the cam arms and remove the adapter. Safety pins can be used with female couplers featuring cast-in lugs for added security.

Interchangeable with products built to standard A-A-59326 this adapter operates at a pressure rating of 150 PSI for sizes 1/2" - 4" and 75 PSI for sizes 5" to 8". Note: This fitting is not intended for use with compressed air or steam services.

what's the pressure rating on this thing for a 1 inch line, and is it safe to run compressed air through it?

For the 1 inch size, you're working with a 150 PSI rating, same as anything else in the half-inch through 4 inch range. That said, compressed air is a hard no with these cam and groove couplings. Steam's off the table too. These are built strictly for liquid service, so keep that in mind before putting one in a pneumatic line.

got a 1 inch male NPT port on my pump, is this the right camlock piece to screw in there?
