got a 1 inch camlock setup already. is this dust plug gonna swap right in with the standard stuff or is it some oddball size

For a 1 inch cam and groove system built to A-A-59326 or DIN 2828 interchangeability, this plug is made to interchange with other couplings built to those same standards, so it should fit and couple normally at the 1 inch size.

got a setup running liquid transfer and need something to cap off an unused cam lock port, this a solid dust plug or does it actually couple onto something?

Purely a dust plug. It slides into a standard cam and groove coupler to seal off an unused port and keep debris out during downtime or transport. The body, cam levers, pins, rings, and safety clips are all 316 stainless steel, so it holds up well in wet or corrosive environments. Sized at one inch, it fits any coupler built to the A-A-59326 or DIN 2828 standard. To seat it, just slide it in and press the cam levers down with normal hand pressure.
