This stainless steel cam and groove adapter is a 6 inch dust plug designed for use with liquids. It is constructed from 316 stainless steel for the body, cam levers, pins, rings, and safety clips, offering excellent corrosion resistance.

This adapter interchanges with all products produced to standard A-A-59326 (superseding MIL-C-27487F) or DIN 2828. It is designed for pressure ratings up to 150 PSI for sizes 1/2" - 4" and 75 PSI for sizes 5" to 8". Female couplers feature cast-in lugs that allow safety pins to be attached.

What kind of pressure can this dust plug handle?

It's rated to handle 150 PSI for sizes 1/2" to 4", and 75 PSI for sizes 5" to 8". Since this is a 6" plug, you're looking at 75 PSI.
