Manufactured from high-quality 304 stainless steel this constant torque clamp is engineered for hose diameters ranging from 1 to 1-1/8 inches. Its robust construction includes a 5/8-inch wide stainless steel band and internal liner that safeguards soft or silicone hoses from damage.

The extended adjustment range ensures compatibility with hose ODs from 1.00 to 1.75 inches making it suitable for sealed systems and areas with limited accessibility. The clamp's Belleville spring washers and screw are made of 410 stainless steel adding to its durability and reliability.

This clamp effectively compensates for "cold flow" and thermal expansion or contraction thanks to its designed torque feature. The visual "Torque Check" feature provides a clear indication when the clamp is correctly installed ensuring ease of use.

Installation is straightforward: the Constant-Torque clamp is properly tightened when the screw tip protrudes beyond the housing by approximately 1/4 inch with nearly collapsed Belleville washer stacks. Utilizing a torque wrench is recommended for achieving the installation torque of 90-125 inch pounds.

So, this clamp fits hoses that are actually 1 inch to 1 1/8 inch on the inside, but the outside diameter can be bigger, like up to 1 3/4 inch? Just want to make sure I'm reading that right.

clamp says it works on 1 to 1-1/8 inch hose ID, but what's the actual OD range it'll fit over? My hose walls are a little thicker than standard.
