The All Stainless Steel Constant Torque Clamp For 6 Inch Hose ID, 6.25 - 7.125 Inch Hose OD Range features a 5/8 inch wide 304 stainless steel band and 304 stainless steel housing, with an internal liner that protects soft or silicone hose from damage, extrusion, and shear. The extended 7/8 inch OD adjustment range accommodates varying hose wall thicknesses with precision.

Proper installation is confirmed when the screw tip extends approximately 1/4 inch beyond the housing and the Belleville washer stacks are nearly flat. A torque wrench is recommended to achieve the specified 90–125 inch-pound installation torque. What size hose is this clamp designed for? Just want to make sure it fits my setup.

These clamps are made to work with a 6-inch inside diameter hose, with an outside diameter range of 6.25 to 7.125 inches. That extended range gives you some wiggle room for different hose wall thicknesses.
