Duolok tube fittings ensure a reliable leak-tight seal in both instrumentation and process tubing systems. The double ferrule design effectively accommodates variations in tubing material hardness and wall thickness guaranteeing secure connections across numerous applications.

These fittings are precisely manufactured from type 316 stainless steel adhering to ASTM A-276 and ASTM A-479 standards for straight fittings and ASTM A-182 specifications for shaped bodies. Each component is heat code traceable with certified material test reports (CMTRs) available.

Designed for interchangeability Duolok tube fittings are compatible with Swagelok brand tube fittings allowing seamless integration. They are engineered and quality-controlled to be gaugeable ensuring sufficient pull-up during the initial installation.

Generally Duolok tube fittings are rated for maximum allowable working pressures of recommended stainless steel tubing. For specific applications involving bored-through AN O-Ring Seal or SAE integral end fittings consult us for detailed pressure ratings. Additionally they perform reliably within an extensive range of operating temperatures though elevated temperatures may impact the maximum working pressure.

got a 1 inch stainless tube run and need to turn it 90 without going to pipe threads. is this the right kind of fitting?
