Duolok tube fittings deliver reliable leak-tight connections for instrumentation and process tubing systems. The double ferrule design effectively accommodates variations in tubing materials wall thickness and hardness ensuring secure connections across various applications.

Each fitting including the Stainless Steel Duolok Tube Fitting 0.25 Inch Tube OD Union 90 deg Elbow is constructed from high-grade 316 stainless steel. Straight fittings adhere to ASTM A-276 and ASTM A-479 standards while shaped bodies comply with ASTM A-182. All components are traceable by heat code with CMTRs available upon request.

Got a line running 1/4 inch tube that needs to make a 90 at a panel connection. This the right size for that?

For 1/4 inch OD tubing, yes, this is the right fitting. It's a union 90 degree elbow, so both ends accept 1/4 inch tube and it makes a full direction change between them. The double ferrule design seats against the tube wall on both ends and compensates for minor differences in wall thickness or tubing hardness, so you get a leak-tight connection on each side. Good fit for panel or bulkhead routing where you need a clean 90 without a lot of fabricated bends in the line.
