Duolok tube fittings provide a reliable leak-proof connection in instrumentation and process tubing systems. The double ferrule design compensates for variations in tubing materials hardness and tube wall thickness to ensure leak-tight connections in a broad range of applications.

Constructed from type 316 stainless steel straight fittings are machined to meet ASTM A-276 and ASTM A-479 standards. Shaped bodies are made from close-grained 316 stainless steel forgings per ASTM A-182. All components are heat code traceable with certified material test reports available.

Duolok tube fittings are gaugeable during initial installation designed to be totally interchangeable with the Swagelok brand. These fittings are generally rated for pressures equal to the maximum allowable working pressures of compatible stainless steel tubing. However certain specially designed fittings may have lower pressure ratings. Please contact us for application assistance.

Operating temperatures for Duolok fittings range widely though elevated temperatures decrease the maximum working pressure capacity. For high-temperature applications consult our technical support.

trying to swap out an elbow on my tubing run. Is this one for 3/8 tube and 3/8 npt male?

It is a 90 degree elbow made for 3/8 inch tube OD on the tube side and a 3/8-18 male NPT thread on the other end.

these interchange with Swagelok fittings? got a system built around that brand and need to swap a few out without redoing everything

Duolok fittings are manufactured to be fully interchangeable with Swagelok brand tube fittings, so dropping them into an existing Swagelok-based system is a straightforward swap. The 0.38 inch tube OD side connects your tubing and the 3/8-18 male NPT end threads into your port just like the original would. No reworking needed on either end.
