SSP Duolok tube fittings provide a reliable leak-proof connection in instrumentation and process tubing systems. The double ferrule design compensates for the variations in tubing materials hardness and thickness of the tube wall ensuring leak-tight connections in diverse applications.

These fittings are manufactured from type 316 stainless steel cold-finished bar stock in accordance with ASTM A-276 and ASTM A-479 for straight fittings. Shaped bodies are crafted from close-grained 316 stainless steel forgings as per ASTM A-182 ensuring durability and reliability.

Duolok tube fittings are engineered to be gaugeable for sufficient pull-up during initial installation and they are quality controlled to be completely interchangeable with Swagelok brand fittings. They are designed to handle pressures equivalent to the maximum allowable working pressures of the recommended tubing.

For applications in high-temperature environments these fittings function reliably although elevated temperatures may reduce the maximum working pressure capability.

All components are heat code traceable with certified material test reports (CMTRs) available for verification.

got 1/2 inch stainless instrument tube here. is this the elbow that goes from that tube over to a 3/8-18 male npt port?

these swap right out with Swagelok fittings, yeah? got a bunch of half-inch tube lines running to 3/8 NPT ports and don't want to have to redo all my connections
