SSP Duolok stainless tube fittings offer reliability and leak-proof connections in instrumentation and process tubing systems. Manufactured from type 316 stainless steel these fittings conform to ASTM A-276 and ASTM A-479 for straight fittings and ASTM A-182 for shaped bodies.

The double ferrule design of Duolok fittings ensures compensation for variations in tubing materials hardness and wall thickness providing leak-tight connections across various applications. These fittings are designed to be gaugeable ensuring sufficient pull-up during initial installation.

Designed for broad interchangeability Duolok fittings are compatible with Swagelok brand tube fittings. The fittings support high-pressure ratings aligning with the maximum allowable pressures of recommended stainless steel tubing though some specially designed fittings may have lower ratings.

Functioning reliably across an extensive range of operating temperatures elevated temperatures may reduce the maximum working pressure capabilities. Certified material test reports (CMTRs) are available for all components.

these duolok fittings interchangeable with swagelok stuff? got a panel we're trying to tie into and don't want to pull everything apart if we can help it

Duolok fittings are built to be fully interchangeable with Swagelok brand tube fittings, so you should be able to work right into an existing Swagelok setup without having to tear the whole panel out. SSP manufactures them to the same dimensional standards, which is the whole point of that compatibility design.
