Duolok tube fittings offer a dependable leak-proof connection in instrumentation and process tubing systems. The double ferrule design effectively compensates for variations in tubing materials and wall thickness ensuring secure connections across a wide array of applications.

Crafted from type 316 stainless steel in accordance with ASTM A-276 and ASTM A-479 straight fittings are machined from cold-finished bar stock. Shaped bodies are crafted from close-grained 316 stainless steel forgings in conformity with ASTM A-182. Each component features heat code traceability with certified material test reports available.

Engineered for interchangeability Duolok tube fittings are fully compatible with the Swagelok brand of tube fittings. These fittings are designed to function reliably within a broad temperature range though elevated temperatures may reduce the tubing system's maximum working pressure capability.

Generally Duolok tube fittings are rated for pressures equal to the maximum allowable working pressures of the recommended stainless steel tubing. Specific fittings such as bored-through or O-Ring Seal fittings may have lower pressure ratings. For these please contact us for application assistance.

Duolok fittings are generally rated to handle pressures equal to the maximum allowable working pressures of stainless steel tubing, which is what's recommended for use with these fittings. It is a straight Duolok tube fitting made for 0.38 inch tube OD on the tube side and a 3/8-18 male NPT thread on the other end.
