Duolok tube fittings offer a stable leak-proof connection in instrumentation and process tubing systems. These fittings utilize a double ferrule design to account for variations in tubing materials hardness and wall thickness ensuring reliable leak-tight connections across diverse applications.

The fittings are designed to be gaugeable for sufficient pull-up during initial installation and are quality controlled to be compatible and interchangeable with the Swagelok brand. Both straight and shaped fittings are manufactured from type 316 stainless steel in adherence to ASTM standards with heat code traceability and certified material test reports available.

Generally rated for pressures equal to the maximum allowable working pressures of the recommended stainless steel tubing the fittings deliver stable performance across a wide range of operating temperatures.
