The double ferrule design compensates for variations in tubing materials hardness and wall thickness ensuring dependable performance across various industrial applications.

These fittings are gaugeable offering a reliable pull-up during initial installation. Duolok tube fittings are fully interchangeable with Swagelok tube fittings providing flexibility in system design and maintenance.

Constructed from 316 stainless steel straight fittings adhere to ASTM A-276 and ASTM A-479 standards while shaped bodies are crafted from close-grained 316 stainless steel forgings in accordance with ASTM A-182. Heat code traceability and certified material test reports (CMTRs) are available for all components.

The pressure rating of Duolok tube fittings generally matches the maximum allowable working pressures of the recommended stainless steel tubing. For special fittings pressure ratings may vary.

Duolok tube fittings operate effectively across an extensive temperature range although elevated temperatures may reduce maximum working pressure. For specific high-temperature applications technical assistance is advised.
