trying to replace a bulkhead union on a 3/4 OD tube line, is this the one with 1-1/16-12 JIC male on both sides?

Both ends are the same thread size, so this thing just passes straight through a panel without any adapting at all?

Basically, yeah. Both ends are 1-1/16-12 Male JIC 37 degree flare, so you're not stepping up or down in size.
