got a hose end that’s 9/16-18 JIC, will this adapter mate up to it and what’s on the other side

On the JIC side, it has a 9/16-18 male 37 degree flare, which matches standard JIC female swivel ends that seal on the flare. The other end is a 3/4-16 male SAE O-ring boss straight thread connection that seals with an O-ring.
