Question by: Todd T on Mar 15, 2026, 6:41 AM
Got a tight spot in a hydraulic line where I need to change direction without a bunch of extra fittings. This a 45-degree elbow or something sharper?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 16, 2026, 12:47 PM
it's a 45-degree elbow. That angle gives you a moderate direction change without needing to force a sharp bend in the line. Both ends are 3/4-16 JIC 37-degree flare threads, and the female end is a swivel, which helps a lot when you're working in a cramped spot and need to thread things up without spinning the whole assembly.
Question by: Hugh M on Feb 3, 2026, 9:44 PM
trying to swap out an elbow on a JIC line. is this one 3/4-16 on both sides, male to a female swivel?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 5, 2026, 11:49 AM
Thread-wise it matches 3/4-16 on both ends, with a 3/4-16 male JIC 37 degree flare on one side and a 3/4-16 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel on the other, built as a 45 degree elbow.
