Question by: Patty K on Jan 5, 2026, 6:37 AM
got a 3/4 inch ID hose, does this one match up or am i gonna fight it
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 7, 2026, 6:49 AM
It’s a 0.75 inch ID hose barb on one end, so it matches a 3/4 inch inside diameter hose. The other end is a 3/4-14 male NPT thread.
Question by: Sherry R on Apr 5, 2025, 12:38 PM
Just wanna make sure this'll fit my setup. I've got a 3/4 inch ID hose, and need to connect it to a 3/4 inch NPT male fitting. This'll do the trick, right?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 6, 2025, 5:01 PM
This stainless steel combination nipple is designed to connect a 3/4 inch ID hose to a 3/4-14 male NPT thread. It's made for that exact purpose.
Question by: Gene W on Jan 22, 2026, 7:54 AM
Not gonna run air through this thing, just liquid transfer on a suction line. The 3/4 barb side slips onto a 3/4 ID hose and the male NPT end threads into my pump port. That right?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 23, 2026, 10:39 AM
For liquid suction service, yes, that setup works. The barb end fits a 0.75-inch ID hose and the threaded end is 3/4-14 male NPT, so it'll mate up with a standard female NPT port on your pump. Just keep in mind that working pressure on combination nipples like this one depends on the hose construction, clamp type, number of clamps used, placement, and the temperature and product being moved. Get your clamps seated right and you'll be in good shape for low-pressure suction duty.
