All three ports on this tee are female NPT, that right? Just want to make sure before I go ordering a bunch of male adapters I don't need.

All three ports are 1-inch female NPT, so you'll need male NPT connections coming in from each side. The tee accepts standard 1-11½ NPT threads on every port, no mixing of thread types here.
