Question by: Neal P on Jun 30, 2025, 2:50 PM
got a 1-11-1/2 NPT male port and need it to end up female, is this the right bushing?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 2, 2025, 11:27 AM
With 1-11-1/2 male NPT on one side and 1-11-1/2 female NPT on the other, it’s meant for exactly that kind of pipe thread changeover where you want to go from a male NPT connection to a female NPT connection at the same thread size.
Question by: Roger T on Aug 17, 2025, 11:34 AM
what's this bushing made out of, and is it gonna hold up if there's moisture or chemicals around it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 19, 2025, 6:38 AM
316 stainless steel all the way through. That grade handles corrosion a fair bit better than standard 304, so moisture, mild chemicals, and rough working conditions aren't gonna eat through it near as fast. It's a solid choice anywhere rust is a real concern.
