got a 3/8-18 female port but my line is 1/4-18 male npt. is this the little bushing that’ll make that work?

For stepping a port down, this hex bushing is made to thread into a 3/8-18 female NPT opening and give you a 1/4-18 male NPT on the other side, so a smaller male pipe thread can mate up to the larger female port.
