what thread size does this nut run? need to make sure it'll mate up with what we already got on the line

The thread on this fitting is 1-5/16-12, which is a standard JIC thread size for 1-inch tube OD connections. If your existing fittings are spec'd for 1-inch tube with a 37-degree flare, that thread should line right up.
