Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Hank C on Dec 3, 2025, 8:52 PM
what's the temp range on these polypropylene clamps? got some lines running near equipment that throws off some heat and want to make sure they won't warp or get soft on me
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 5, 2025, 11:50 AM
Polypropylene tops out at 194°F on the high end and handles down to -22°F on the cold side. If your environment is pushing past that upper limit pretty regularly, the aluminum version of this same clamp series goes all the way up to 500°F, which gives you a lot more headroom near heat-generating equipment.
Question by: Kurt F on Oct 16, 2025, 12:03 PM
i’ve got 21.3 mm tubing, is this clamp actually sized for that or am i supposed to convert it to inches first?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 18, 2025, 6:04 AM
Measured size on this one is 21.3 mm, so it is intended to match that metric outside diameter. If you do need the inch equivalent, the note provided is mm size x 0.03937 = inch size.
