i’ve got 37mm tubing, is this clamp the right size or do i need to convert that to inches first

Fit comes down to the outside diameter. This one is a 37.0 mm size clamp, and the note provided is mm size x 0.03937 = inch size if you want the inch equivalent. As long as your tube or hose O.D. matches the clamp size, it is the correct fit.

What's the temp range on this polypropylene clamp? Got some lines running near heat sources and need to know if it'll hold up.

Polypropylene tops out at 194°F and goes down to -22°F on the cold end. If your heat source pushes past that upper limit, Stauff does make these same clamps in polyamide, which handles up to 284°F, or aluminum if you're dealing with something closer to 500°F. For most standard industrial environments that don't get extreme, the polypropylene version handles things just fine.
