Designed for rail-mounted installation, this 25.4 mm polypropylene support clamp accommodates pipe and tubing outside diameters from 1/4" to 4" and includes hex head bolts with a cover plate. The profiled body I.D. provides a secure, form-fitting hold suited to rigid pipe and tube runs in industrial hydraulic and fluid power systems.

The Standard Series Pipe & Tubing Polypropylene Support Clamp, Rail Mountable, Hex Head Bolts With Cover Plate, 25.4 mm Size is part of the Stauff Standard Series Support Clamps line, available in polypropylene, polyamide, and aluminum to suit a range of temperature and environmental requirements. Polypropylene construction carries a service temperature range of -22°F to 194°F. Recommended clamp spacing varies by tube or pipe size, for example, 1/2" pipe at 4 ft and 1" pipe at 7 ft, helping ensure consistent line support across a run. Hose can also be supported using smooth body I.D. style clamps within the same series.
