Ideal for a range of industrial applications this support clamp is designed for outside diameters from 1/4" to 4". Featuring a robust polypropylene composition it is capable of withstanding temperatures from -22deg;F to 194deg;F. The single weld plate and hex head bolts with a cover plate ensure a secure grip and reliable performance.

With a size of 26.9 mm this clamp easily accommodates various tubing dimensions. Available in rail mounting styles for added installation flexibility across all sizes. Smooth body I.D. style clamps are also an option for hose clamping.

Recommended spacing for pipes: 1/4in = 3FT to 3in = 12FT; for tubing: 1/4in-1/2in = 3FT to 1-1/4in-1-1/2in = 7FT. Ensure optimal support and reduced vibration in your systems.

What kinda temps can this handle, like if it's out in the sun all day?

This support clamp can handle temperatures from -22°F to 194°F thanks to its polypropylene construction. So, it should hold up well in most outdoor conditions, but extreme heat might be a concern.

what's the temp range on these polypropylene clamps? got a line running near some heat sources and don't want 'em going soft on me

Polypropylene tops out at 194°F on the high end and holds down to -22°F on the low end. If your heat source is pushing past that, Stauff makes these same clamps in polyamide, which goes up to 284°F, or aluminum, which handles up to 500°F. Worth sizing up to one of those materials if you're cutting it close.

The 26.9 mm size is intended for the tube or pipe outside diameter. It falls within the Standard Series range that covers outside diameters from 1/4 inch up to 4 inches.
