Question by: Wade H on Apr 15, 2025, 11:28 AM
got a hose that measures about 1.4 inch across, is this clamp in the right ballpark or am i off
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 17, 2025, 6:04 AM
The key is the inside diameter range it covers. This T-bolt clamp is made to fit diameters from 1.33 inch up to 1.50 inch, so a 1.4 inch diameter lands right in the middle of its range.
Question by: Brett G on Mar 30, 2026, 2:29 PM
What size hose does this clamp fit best?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 31, 2026, 7:21 PM
It's designed for hoses with an outer diameter between 1.33 and 1.50 inches.
Question by: Frank B on Feb 23, 2026, 6:13 AM
clamp says 1.33 to 1.50 ID -- does that mean it'll adjust anywhere in that range or is it fixed at a set size?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 25, 2026, 8:25 AM
Non-adjustable is the key word here. It fits precisely within that 1.33" to 1.50" diameter range, meaning it's built to seat securely on fittings that fall in that window rather than tighten down like a worm-gear style clamp you'd dial in yourself. If your hose or tube OD lands in that range, you're good. Outside of it, you'd need a different size.
