Question by: Ronnie W on Jun 16, 2025, 8:58 AM
clamp says 2.09 to 2.25 ID, does that mean it'll fit a 2 inch hose or do i need to measure the actual outside of the hose end?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 17, 2025, 10:55 AM
The size range on a T-bolt clamp refers to the inside diameter of the clamp itself, so you'd want to measure the outside diameter of whatever you're clamping onto. If that measurement falls between 2.09 and 2.25 inches, you're in the right range. Hose sizes and actual dimensions don't always match up perfectly, so pulling out a caliper before ordering saves a headache later.
