The KEROTEST MFG CORP needle valve is designed for controlled flow in both directions and meets rigorous industry standards. With a bar stock construction this needle valve offers reliable performance essential for industrial applications.

Crafted from zinc-plated AISI 1213 alloy steel for the body and bonnet and incorporating a 316 stainless steel hardened stem this valve ensures durability and longevity in demanding environments. The bonnet of the valve is threaded allowing for optional panel mounting adding to its versatility.

The valve features a black polyethylene bonnet cap and a yellow cast aluminum handle for sizes 1/8 to 1/2 while larger sizes (3/4-1) are equipped with a yellow malleable iron handle ensuring ease of use across various operations.

With a maximum operating pressure of 10 000 PSI and a minimum burst pressure of 20 000 PSI it is suitable for high-pressure settings. The valve operates efficiently within a temperature range of -100F to 500F.

what's the pressure rating on this needle valve, and is it good for continuous high-pressure hydraulic lines?

got a 3/8 npt line here, is this valve actually 3/8 npt on the port?

The port thread is 3/8 NPT, and the valve size is listed as 3/8.
