trying to replace an old aeroquip elbow, is this one the 90 degree reduced bore crimp fitting for -20 hose with a 1-5/8-12 female JIC swivel?

fitting's got a 90 degree elbow on it, does that mean I don't need a mandrel to get it crimped onto the hose?
