Will this here fitting hold up okay in a hydraulic system that sees a lot of vibration?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 25, 2026, 9:12 PM
The steel construction offers good durability, so it should be able to handle the stresses of a high-vibration environment.
Question by: Hank C on Apr 16, 2025, 6:23 PM
fitting says 390A/790A swage, does that mean it works with both crimp machines or just one of em?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 18, 2025, 12:38 PM
Both. The 390A and 790A designations indicate this fitting is compatible with either of those Eaton swage systems, so you're not locked into one machine. It's made for -06 hose with a straight configuration, and the female JIC end is a 9/16-18 thread with a 37-degree flare swivel.
Question by: Norm H on Oct 26, 2025, 11:35 AM
got a -06 hose and need a straight female JIC swivel, is this one the right match?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 28, 2025, 6:39 AM
The hose end on this part is a -06, and the connection is a 9/16-18 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel. If your mating side is a matching JIC 37 degree male flare in 9/16-18, that pairing is what this fitting is made for.
